Acti-Link is Innov8’s e-commerce interface solution. The product is a utility which provides two-way data synchronisation between your businesses online trading solution and your Sage back office. The link allows an order entered on the internet to be passed directly back into your accounts system.

Sage’s Sales Ledger, Stock and Pricing files are interpreted by Acti-link and then exported to Actinic to create the Product Catalog. On receipt of Internet orders into the Actinic Business product, Acti-link transfers the orders into your Sage Order Processing as if they had been entered manually. Your Sage product can then continue to process the orders through to completion as usual.

The product is fully automated, updating your Sage system without human intervention which puts an end to re-keying, stops duplication and introduces accuracy of information resulting in amongst other things improved customer service.
